Would be nice (but not hungely urgent) to have an Reforging Reverse option for those factions that have the facility.
When you change your equipment it is helpful to be able to sell it or give it away without it looking like the person is from your faction.
Dying it different colours helps but some factions have a very distinctive styles (e.g. Caermyn) and it can cause confusion for bits taken from the trash or sold and worn by non-faction members.
I've had the same thought while I was selling things for the watchers. People would see what it looked like before deciding they wanted to sell it, and I'd end up with a bunch of faction specific gear. Really, the only problem is the name that could be replaced.
Then again, I found the solution is trashing armor with the watchers seal. If no one was going to wear it I mean. Not dropping into a pile, but one of those permanent trash annihilators.
Perhaps a generic "reforge" anvil could be given to Blazon and thus any equipment could, for a amall fee be put back to its original look from that of the faction?
As far as I can tell, the reforge anvil destroys the original and creates a copy with the same stats and modified parts. Blazon or the Smithy could have one that reforges to a generic look though.
I guess that would work. Any 0/0 cloth gets made into a standard robe, 2/6 leathers just standard stuff etc.
