The skill bonuses of these two spells don't appear to stack. I'm pretty sure they used to. Perhaps this happened after camuflage and mass camuflage where made not to stack with each other?
I've never found any problem with this and I have both of these spells almost constantly running. Also, Camouflage and Mass Camouflage do still stack.

Maybe you haven't heard but the skill bonus of camouflage has been changed and so you aren't getting a +14 hide anymore with both spells up. Guess that causes the confusion here, if it is not an individual bug for just your character.
Camo is now IIRC +6 Hide +2 MS, used to be +10 hide. Looking at the Hide scores alone, this might confuse you.as you'd get +10 Hide/+6 MS with both up, not +14/+4.
Then something's wrong with my character. Camuflage changes my hide scrore from 11 to 21, and does not modify Move silently skill. Or so it is shown in the character sheet. Adding one with the land on top of that gives me +4 Move silently, and my hide score remains at 21.
Likely an issue with overrides or the updated files for EFU. Double check that you have the most recent overrides and spells.2da file downloaded from their download section and then try again.
