Killing the boss does not cause quest journal to update.

Might be a one time issue though.

Edit: Quitting the quest does not cancel the quest, just removes quest token!

Actually, on the same run it did say that when you quit it, we had abandoned it in my journal

Still happening. Killing the boss doesn't update the quest for anyone in the groups that do it, so it must be abandoned.

This is still happening :(. Yesterday, with Aorli Hagnar Brakenshield, James Farrovar, Mororn Glaemril and Kepl Poppy.
