Is not granting the elemental COLD damage to the base bard song.

The character is Hagar Fargoth, Bard, account, Keeper of the White Wyrm

It does this because of the songbook. If you have no songbook it should work correctly.

Totally borked then :( I had the same problem with the air perk for the longest time, and it didn't work unless I had no songbook. Thought it might be the case this time! Sorries.
