This suggestion clearly has no merit, as it would both impede verbal diarrhea, one of the ground principles of free internet discussion, as well as determinedly increasing the time it would take for all suggestions, thus the good ones, to be formulated.
Furthermore, it is clearly inconceivable to even suggest thinking a suggestion over twice when there are so many forum trolls around willing to blow open every possible hole in your thesis just to annoy you.
Clearly you haven't thought this suggestion over very thoroughly. I would suggest you reconsider posting it.
