Please change the way that the Eagle operates, so that it works for anyone with X amount of animal empathy, rather than just Druids.

It should stay as druids only imo, though I am sure the DM's would wand any other nature type if a cool application was submitted.
I am sure big influence nature players would get this perk with the right application.
Well, I'm not saying that it should be open to any Ranger with 1 pt of AE, but if a ranger gets into the mid-twenties, I don't see a logical reason why it would be unavailable to them, imo.

I would suggest limiting it to those wanded by a Druid, so that wilds chars can use it but not civilised rangers. It's of most use to barbs rather than rangers anyway.
I like the idea of being wanded by a DM/Stargazer/Druid to use.
I played a nature orientated bard for a while, that this would have been cool. Playing pipes to summon the Great Eagle, just seemed kick ass.
Alas, Animal Empathy is not a Bard skill, and agreed civilized versions bards/rangers/any other class of such should not have access.
A DM can give this to certain characters if we so choose.
