This domain when used is brief at best...what is the time limit on this?

Its based on your charisma modifier in rounds if I recall correctly.

Which would be 1 round per charisma modifier meaning 6 seconds at 12 cha 12 seconds at 14 cha etc.

So, let me see, You have to be a very pretty dwarf to smash Orcs' brains in. How about a con modifier. Not turning undead here.

Cha is not just physical appearance, it's the ability to relay your gods words to others. Your high wisdom allows YOU to understand the words, charisma is important for making others understand it. You haven't the force of personality to command your deities power as well as another priest of your faith, simple as that!

Charisma is an extremely important attribute for virtually all clerics if they wish to manifest the power of their deity.
