When handing in the quest, the NPC doesn't seem to hand over the reward.
This has happened the last two times on handing it in.

Similarly, when collecting rewards for gathering the option 'invisibility potion' doesn't yield a potion, but it does take your points away.

I get the proper dialogue options and the XP for turning in the lycanth cuttings to Nagafa, but when I ask for the invis potion I don't get it either.

It would seem there's a general problem with picking Invisibility potions as reward for quests; It's the same with the two "gather lots of stuff and hand in x number for reward" quests in the Dominion. I'll make a separate thread about it.
