Higgins sells Writing Kits but not notepaper, and both scribes are in the Dominion, in the same building. Can we have a scribe in the Docks (Azner Azryian's assistant maybe?) and notepaper for sale? IC notes are handy, but they're not available there.
Similarly in the wilds, a "blank hide parchment" item from the Exiled Camp would be good.
I like this idea, although the notepaper and scribe may be better in the bookstore (H. Cornelius) in the Docks. It would bring people into that great shop more often, and the shopowner could double as the scribe there.
That's a really good idea. I'd forgotten that shop existed! He should sell blank scrolls too, if the General Store still doesn't.
