It seems that a great majority of NPC merchants do not allow an appraise roll, is this intended?
Would it not be better if there prices are effected with the appraise skill?
Heh...even the ones that used to be effected in sanct would only barely adjust the prices for items they sold and bought....I know this because I once had a rogue with 15 appraise. Though perhaps now with lower gold amounts it might help till we start seeing alot of inflation and no money sink beyond herbs.
