Pretty straight forward. I won't bother listing all the sources I've read it on....but I am almost 100% sure that the Mulhorandi god of STORMS and other things does in fact possess the Storm domain! I'm guessing it was simply overlooked when the changes were put in. Here's the wiki on it:

Anhur does already have the Storm domain.
