Title: Wand/potion cost of "healing" spells

Ok. Healing potions and wands are at a really great cost point, I have to say. Especially when compared with non healing spells at the same level.

However there are some other "Healing" spells that still cost the full wad and are, as a result, prohibitively expensive.

I am, of course, talking about Neutralize Poison and Remove Disease.

Restoration spells could also be lumped in to "healing" spells as well.

Magic missile, negaitive energy ray, acid arrow etc. should also be lowered.

There's so many crystals around 'healing' (restore, poison, disease) wands are pretty useless, imo, but then i feel like i'm repeating myself much, lately. Even my non-powergamed PCs have too much healing stuff. People leave pure rings, healing brew, and the like on the ground after quests.

The cost of Damage spells are really quite fine.
