OK, I'm running Windows Vista now, and I'm trying to play NWN 2... but while I can play it, I can't pick feats, and am forced to hit 'recomend' (which is pretty faulty, in my oppinion, as it always trys to stack craft feats or feats I'm not going to use). Anyone have any idea what this is about? I know NWN 2 isnt as good as old NWN in some oppinions, but I wouldn't mind being able to play the second one without having to let the machine pick shitty feats for me.
Maybe wrong but perhaps as a "feature" they thought it would be simpler to make reccomended the only option.

But seriously, I'd prefer serious answers, like should I just go back to XP or if there's something like a specific way to open (like with NWN where we have to put it in our startmenu and click 'open as admin')
Do you press the arrows on the right side of the feat bars? What happens when you do?
I can't see any feats what so ever, prior or after hitting recomend, and thus cannot pick anything.
Clear out your overrides. Mind that it loads both from the install directory and your Documents directory, the latter taking precedence. Then make sure the game is fully udated.
