Title: Way to become leader of a Banner that you didn't start.

I think It would be awesome if their was a way for leadership to be passed down/claimed. So that way groups can continue even if their leader is ganked and this can do a lot of cool things like power struggles and plots. Cause Stephano inherited leadership of the Chang Diner but cant purchase keys or add rent to his home! ): I feel many have felt this way to.

Oh...lulz ill be asking for one I was told the guild token added new members didn't know it made you able to add or remove the rent or other stuff my bad. ):

It doesn't. The rent owner can't be changed. You'll just have to rent it back when it expires.

I do think there should be some way of this also....I find myself in a similar position with two factions....
