Letter to Sir Alexander

Cousin,

Its my understanding you've were a member of the Spellguard. There is a situation brewing which I assure you will result in the a derailing of many plans.

I see this as the sovereign right of a citizen to their property, and a gross attempt at this Benito to enforce his perogative over the wishes and deliberations of the Council.

Any attempt to arrest me will result in the destruction of the key in question, as well I must state, the severe bodily harm of the Agent foolish enough to cross the Council in this situation before that body makes its desires known to the Spellguard. I am entirely unaware why this key is of such major importance as it doesn't open a lock that a good set of picks can't get you past--however I fight this battle on principle not the use I have for a rusty key that can easily be duplicated.

I prefer of course to settle this quietly and ask you to attempt to mediate. I trust your neutrality in this as someone who recognizes the right of the Council to command the Spellguard while still sensitive to the needs of that Order. I'm aware that Benito is a hot head and does not necessarily reflect the entire views of the Spellguard.

In Regards

Sir Dungal

Cousin,

I shall speak with Benito, and attempt to make him see reason, and end his foolishness. I do however, encourage you to be more agreeable with the Order, as I can assure you they are not a good group to have on ones bad side.

Sir Alexander

I am quite confident of that, which is why originally I offered to work with them. I thought my initial offers quite reasonable, but now the matter will be handled by the Council, and I doubt it will be handled until after the elections.
