I realise that the Dwarf Thane Akevitt stands for the Council to Sanctuary. As you are undoubtedly aware, he is Thane to the Stouts - whose holdings lie outside our city. He is, therefore, not truely a part of the city, any more than the foreman of the Duerger mine is.

I would ask that he be struck from the electoral record and, should you not feel this needed, you explain why foreigners should sit on the council of our city and dictate laws to us they do not follow.
