Hello, Im suggesting that we make some more wepons the base of old ones, like;

Cutlass=scimitar, base with slightly altered stats, like: +1 to damage and -1 to attack rolls or something.

or something like ninja-to from BG2.

That'd require a HAK to make "official" new weapons.

Why not just use a scimitar or Katana and call it a Cutlass?

I had an elf who used a Katana and said it was an Elven curved blade.
