Miss Eleina,

I intend to collect and destroy a large number of necromantic items within the next tenday- preferrably in four or five days. I will be asking citizens to bring items specifically related to undeath. Wands of negative energy and the like are not among the intended findings.

I ask for your aid during collection and the following destruction of these items; anyone you can trust to help will be more than welcome.

Unfortunately, the needless destruction of magical items would not go over well with my superiors. Should items pertaining to Fear, Enfeeblement, or other non-lethal necromantic spells be collected, and perhaps even a number of Negative Energy wands, they will be turned in to the Spellguard and probably sealed away until some bizarre need for them arises. For this reason I will do my best to make it clear that objects which create or are of the sole intent to bolster undeath are what I seek to destroy.

Please let me know when you and/or those you recommend to assist can expect to be available.
