I am unsure if it was an isolated incident, but when I accepted the Toboerski quest in Upper Sanctuary, the journal entry for The Ogre Cave quest also appeared alongside the correct one.

I've gotten the same problem everytime I do the quest, and when I deliver the goods to the guy in the gambling hall, he seems to have a problem in his dialogue.

Are these still having problems, or did Thrawn get them fixed?

I had fixed this at one point. I'm not sure if these predate the fix or if the bug was put back in at some point.

I am going to assume the former, and if the latter is the case, this will be reported again soon enough.
