Citizens of Sanctuary,

The recent liberation of hundreds of children from a life of Drow slavery is a terrific miracle. Sadly, though, many of these youngsters are without homes. They are currently residing in the home of my lord in the Archibald estate.. I have been charged with the task of finding loving homes for these recently emancipated children. I beseech you, the good citizens of Sanctuary, to do your part by providing such homes to these innocents.

The application for adoption will be as follows:

Prospective parents are to address their requests for adoption to me by way of letter left at the Rockbottom tavern.

Once a request is made, parents will be asked a number of pertinent questions (Is the household stable? Do the applicants possess enough funds to raise a child? What are the professions of the applicants? Should the applicants die in the course of raising their child, who will take responsibily for the child? etc.)

Should these questions be answered satisfactorily, a personal meeting will be requested between myself and the applicants. The presence of a paladin or cleric will also be necessary to help determine whether applicants have evil or malicious intentions.

Two individuals whom the applicants have travelled with or know will be asked to provide a testimony as to their nature and conduct.

Granted that these conditions are met, the applicants may select a boy or girl to raise as their own from the Archibald estate in the presence of a House official.

Again, I implore the citizens of Sanctuary to open their homes and their hearts to these little ones. They have escaped a world filled with slavery and death to a new one filled with strangers. They need good and loving people to take care of them, show them that they are both special and very much wanted.

I thank you for both your time and generosity,

Squire Unelor Ginfaluin House Archibald

House Archibald still seeks willing patrons to care for the orphans. Those of favorable back-grounds and honorable repute will be received well.
