Letter to Lord Gregor [DM]

[This letter appears to be a statement with signatures at the end.]

I was in no way forced, or intimidated to give my vote to either Sir Dungal Toboerski or Lord Gregor Toboerski. House Toboerski and their Knights in no way shape or form were intimidating me at the voting booth. I sign this statement of my own free will and acknowledge the truth stated within.

Below are the signed,

....

[OOC: This is a statement that Melrick is going to have all those he helped vote at the voting booth sign. This will be carried out in game, and it is my hope that if they choose to ICly sign the statement that they'll post here. If for some reason that they cannot post here, but still wish to sign the statement, I'll try to have a DM present to verify that they signed the statement in game. Once everyone has signed this statement, Melrick will then write a letter (which will be in this thread) and send it to Lord Gregor - which will include this statement.

If for some reason you cannot read and/or write (as I know at least one person will not be able to) just post saying Melrick helped you. You don't need to post anything more than your character's name, although you may include a letter with the statement if you wish. However, be forewarned that you'll be leaving this letter with Melrick to hand in with the statement. More or less think of this as something posted in the Public Notices forum, but shown only to a select few individuals.]

an anonymous scribble signature is placed*

Entazrahel Montrae

[Melrick signs the name "Drathstone Axetrane". His name is placed next to the X drawn by Drathstone, whom could not write or read.]

OOC: He placed an X for his signature in game, gave me OOC permission, and did it in front of PC witnesses.

*the letter is forwarded to the Herald, election officials, and Council*

"As the record here shows, our men merely aided citizens with the voting process. There was no wrong doing, merely an attempt by rivals to sully our names. Our only regret is that being new citizens we were unaware that the election officials were happy to help in the same exact manner which we employed.

House Toboerski"

To'rag Groundwyrm ~~~~~~is scrawled in an almost legible signature.

((done ingame infront of 2 other characters))

[The letter here is addressed to "Lord Gregor Toboerski", it is sealed, and with it is included the statement signed by all the above.]

Lord Gregor,

As you have ordered all those who voted with the aid of the Knights of Toboerski have signed this statement. As you can see this statement explicitly states in no uncertain terms that they were in no way intimidated to grant their vote. I hope this is acceptable to you, my lord, and that this corrects any errors in judgment made.

Your loyal humble servant, Sir Melrick, Knight of House Toboerski
