Agent Nikitovich [Third of Kythorn in the year One-hundred Fifty-one since our Founding] [Candidate Report for Election Officials: Serade Sy'Din] Spellguard Associate Hector Steelblade approached me with a report that a blonde female elf with a cream-colored cloak and black-blue clothing attempted to use a charming weave on him to make him read the attached note, after he refused to accept payment to read it. This woman will be arrested with assault (harmless magic). If she is Serade Sy'Din, a candidate in the election, then I believe this information may be of some importance to you.

Once the arrest has been made, please forward the records to the Office of the Herald. It seems unlikely to me that a single incident would result in the candidate being disqualified; however, we will keep an eye out for any signs of magical compulsion and I trust you'll forward any further incident reports concerning this candidate directly to either us or the Office of the Mayor.
