The property I spoke of earlier has been shown to the Council. I have given my Knight Merlrick and Aspirant Jason Brinkman authority to negotiate with you in regards to obtaining the profit this property contains in exchange for the services you can offer both in protecting it and with your support in other matters.

It is my intention that yourself and your men will guard this property on my behalf, while I shall entrust to you the necessity of handling all profits that flow through it. A fair share of the profit, negotiated with my men will go first to yourself; with the remainder sent to my House coffers.

I believe this will be a suitable arrangement that will be mutually beneficial to us both.
