Hello,
i was bored and the server was down so i made some char concepts and had a really good idea;
If there is half drow half elf sub, y not have things like half wood elves or half wild elves? If this is already possible then correct me, if not then can it be?
Cos with the rareness of wild elves imagine how interesting a HALF wild elf would be?

Some elves would never mix wth humans. Thats being said. Those that were mixed would be no different from half moon elf, half sun elf etc. Only one that is different is half drow because they get darkvision. Could be wrong though.

Rare does not equal interesting. In fact, "half wild elves" would be so rare that I think that alone is enough to ensure there will never be a subrace like that.
To comment the actual suggestion, though - the only half-elven bloodlines so far recognized in mechanical terms by WotC are drow and aquatic elf, both of which differ in some important ways from the majority of the elven subraces, so it's plausible that their half-elven offspring would also be somewhat different from most other half-elves. I'm left to assume that sun elves, moon elves, wood elves and wild elves are biologically related enough that it would be pointless to specify the abilities of their half-blood offspring. After all, the only variable in their case is the stat bonuses/penalties, and since half-elves don't get any stat modifiers anyways...
I imagine you're free to show your half-elf's lineage through the color of their skin, though. You're also free to put a bit more points into Intelligence than normally if the half-elf is supposedly a half-sun elf, or more Dexterity if they're a half-moon elf, and so on - you don't need mechanical adjustments for that.

Half-elves adopt traits from their ancestors, so a Calishite/sun elf is likely going to have dusky skin. Likewise, a Tethyrian/moon elf could have a slight blue tint.

Different sorts of elves breeding with different sorts of Elves will always beget one full subrace. So the child of a Moon Elf and Sun Elf, will be either a Moon Elf or a Sun Elf.
Elven couplings that include Drow are more likely to produce Drow than any other subrace.

Alright, a elf crossing with a human could look eaither way, like there human parent or there elven parent. But its probly gunna be a mix, so a kara-tur guy cross wild elf will have a kara-tur guys appearance and a wild elves hair/eyes/complection.

I believe theres a whole group of half-drow (half elf of drow extraction) somewhere around dambrath, called crinti or something though I'm sure thats also a race you need d.m approval for.
