Could you please forward me all reports of citizen deaths from First of Kythorn to the Third of Kythorn? Specifically, I am looking for a murder case where the victim has been beheaded.

We don't know who has been killing those citizens and leaving their heads in the Rock Bottom. I do assume that is what this is about.

We have no information to provide you with in regards to this case. We don't keep lists of everyone who dies in the city. To do so would be extremely impractical, and foolish to bother with. Many people don't report crimes to the Watch still, as you should know.

The heads may have been taken from the bodies of Lower for all we know, and just left around the Rock Bottom for shock value.

Whoever it is is a sick bastard though, and will be punished to the extent of the law.

Thank you for your response. You are correct in what you say about the Rock Bottom. My inquiry was in hopes to add to this investigation. Sadly, it is unfortunate that there is so little information.

I imagine that the bodies do come from Lower, and that the victims are thus unable to be traced. Nevertheless, he'll face justice.
