A letter has been addressed "To Delagado or Strife, c/o Spellguard Tower", and left with Operative Barkely in the Tower foyer."

Dear Sirs,

In accordance with Santuary Law, I would like to register with the Spellguard, the fact that I am a researcher and user of magic.

I am lead to believe that I am to inform either (or both) Operative Delgado, or Operative Strife.

Is there some other procedure about registration that I am to follow, so I can be recognised by the Tower, the Watch, and the Seekers as a lawful wielder of magic?

And correspondence I can pick up form Officer Barkely at the desk here in the Tower; otherwise a letter left at the Rockbottom will get to me soon enough.
