Mistress Ledgodia,
Its been some time since I've heard word from you. I trust you've come to a settlement regarding the last of the potions? If so, I'd like to know the details. Also, I have an order.
Find me at your earliest convenience.
Regards,

Mr. Whitecloak -
I have been looking for you, as I wanted to discuss this in person. I had mentioned the possibility of going into business with another the last time we met. I have done so, and can not sell my work at a price below his. Please contact him at your convenience to obtain pricing for the equipment you desire. If his prices are agreeable, either he or I can sell to you, provided I am not currently working on another order.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience,
Legodia

Ledgodia,
Your last response has caused me some concern. Did we not sit together, at length, and discuss an amiable trading deal between our ourselves, eventually coming to a final settlement?
I understand you have gone into business with another. That is great. Might I not suggest that our deal merely be maintained indepenent of the relationship between you and your current partner in business? This is completely feasible, given the chronology.
I trust you are aware of the distaste a reneging of our agreement might inspire? I do sincerely hope you write back swiftly with your answer.

Mr. Whitecloak -
You are correct, we did sit and discuss a price for certain items, and I sold you the stock I had on hand at those agreed-upon prices.
We also discussed the possibility of my employment with another. I informed you that you might need to purchase from another in the future, and that I would try to maintain the same prices that we had agreed on, but I believed you to understand that that might not be possible. That is precisely why I asked you about it.
I do not believe that I am reneging on our agreement, as I understood you to be aware of the circumstances.
I cannot continue our deal in conjunction with the other. Perhaps we can meet to discuss the situation further?
Best Regards,
Legodia

Ledgodia,
If the prices for the goods we settled on have increased, due to your commitment to this third party, then our deal is indeed off.
Regards,
Henry.
