I wish to inquire about a bunker which appears to be unoccupied outside the Zurkwood Processing Plant. There are no markings on the outside and the door is locked, and it seems ill fit to be a home for a citizen. Is it currently owned, and if not, is it possible to purchase it?

I believe that it is currently owned, although I am not certain.

The inquiry was inspired by a plan which was being formulated in the watch, unfortunately it appears the plans will not be able to go through. The records would be informative for the future, if you can find out who owns it.
