Letter To Councilor Bhast

Councilor,

I have witnessed you be both honorable and just in court, now I wish to see you be both in lower. Toboerski makes a serious bid for power in lower without a thought to the people that live there. I hear whispers of separtism that I can only imagine have their sources on his tounge. You have men at your disposal, and the continued backing of the people, proven each election. I do not think I go out on a limb when I say that people would be much more comfortable with the security of lower placed in your hands. Certainly the council would prefer it that way, and the council is nothing if not the will of the people. Even if it is destined for the Toboerski Knights to remain in lower, perhaps there is still a way to put them under your charge. The position of a lower sheriff should be created now, and you should hold it.

Stake a claim in this for all of our sake.
