To Councillor Shane,

This is Private Erin Larche of the Sanctuary Watch. We met earlier on this day during Lady Balaedor's tournament. I wished to speak with you regarding the safety of the city's governing body, and what can be done to increase it.

I overheard talk of bodyguards being hired for the Councillors. It has occured to me that while there are countless able warriors, and countless men and women of good hearts, there are few who are both, and even fewer that can exactly match the schedule of the Councillors.

Therefore, I would like to discuss with you, either in person or by correspondence, the feasability of organizing a group of Bodyguards, a guild if you will, any of whom can be called upon when present to guard the Councillor or Councillors in need. This would allow one Bodyguard to remain useful when his or her specific Councillor is not around, by leaving no single specific Councillor in his or her charge.
