What does everyone think about a Zombie/undead invasion? i was just thinking that it might be cool to fight continuous waves of bloodthirsty undead... if we can tie it into the story properly.

Its just an idea i'm throwing out there so feel free to make suggestions.

PS. the whole thing should be spooky and terrifying.

There's a quest like that with the Staircase, but it'd be interesting if they swarmed up the staircase and stopped the Watch from blowing it up.

i know of the quest.... and even better yet , what if they attacked every entrance to sanctuary for the whole evening.... the whole server could get involved and the amount of PC death would probably be kept to a minimum .... fun for everyone

i would also be excited to see some of that siege equipment hit a target :P. Orrr.... what if they actually breached the gates and the fighting splilled into the streets?.

- another idea , the undead horde could be led by necromancers.... breaking into the mausoleum and raising long dead PC's under DM supervision. Can you say , undead brendan wilks or jaraii dhaan?

I'd rather not tie in real world events into a game world where the real world should not even be a variable.

If we're going to have Halloween themed undead invasions then I want Christmas (Or Qwanza for those Politically correct inclined americans!) themed invasions where DMs in the guise of Santa Clause (Or generic african Qwanza loot givers) hand me copious amounts of loot.

the actual event itself of course isnt going to mention halloween once.... it just seems like a good day to have an invasion.

Making in-game events correspond to real life holidays is silly. I don't think there's much else to be said.

I do like zombie invasions though.
