I entered the mausoleum and took the lights below quest, there where two people already on the quest and it still allowed me to take the quest. At which point it took the quest from the group already on it and gave it to me, and I had no way to finish.

heh, i was one of them :D. but there is other problem too i think, it doesnt work right without dms help. Izarious wont take axe. And i think those doors were open cause some dm who opened them last time forgot to lock them, am i right?.

Hopefully fixed as of version 242
