Dear Madame,
I shall be brief and get right to the point as to why I am writing to you. I am searching for a quiet peaceful location in order to hold classes on the subject of the monsters of the realms. Although due the furniture it may not have the capacity for the entire class and may be cluttered the acoustics of your building would be perfect.
Would it be at all possible to use your location? After each class I hold I hope to write a short compact book with illustrations and details about each of the monsters I covered. I will be recommending that those whom attended the lesson keep a copy for future reference. Then I will be providing you and you alone with copies of these books for trade. I do hope for a favorable response. Currently I take residence within the rock bottom tavern.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

*Seeker Kor'us Corcael walks into the rare book shop and speaks the store keeper about obtaining some information. Kor’us also leaves a forwarding address of the Seeker Hall for any additional information she could provide*
Ma'am,
I have read over many of your books pertaining to the Seekers, however I have not found very much information on the current leader of the Seeker organization, Ivlysar Tal'en'qir. I have read fictional books that indicated that many suspected that he had something to do with the disappearance of Fredrick’s maps, and would be very interested in reading some more about the subject. Also, if you come across any writings that indicate where Ivlysar had come from, how he came into position, and/or what significant political situations he was a part of, then I would be grateful. Moreover, I would pay handsomely for such writings.

I don't believe that I have any such writings on him specifically. My understanding is that he has kept his personal life very private, particularly after that nasty murder business many years ago. You are, of course, welcome to stop by and look over my collection. There may be a few books that touch briefly on what you're looking for.
