Dear Sanctuary's easily lovable council,

I am Samar K. Kandotrolin, a member of the Toboerski house, politican, locksmith, and envoy of the exiled kobold tribe. I am hoping to run for council myself during the next elections, however that is not the point of this message.

I'd like to ask if I'd be able to purchase an old warehouse in lower Sanctuary [the area is simply called Sanctuary - Lower- Abandonded Warehouse] for a campaign HQ and possibly other purposes of running a lawyer office of my own design. It is nearby the Rat Barricade that Wally has been posted on.

I will happily pay whatever price for it or perhaps some errands for you, no one is using this building and I'd like to use it. I hope you will let me so I can keep an eye on lower to ensure its safety.
