I'm writing you to request that a warrant be issued for the arrest of Dungal Toboerski.

I have a witness who is willing to testify that when Dungal made a raid into Lower, he thoughtlessly slaughtered many innocent civilians, including women, children, and the elderly.

It is fine if it is made clear that this warrant was issued at my request and insistance.
