well, the quest you get in the bazaar lower, to the mines, wether the dwarf is still there or not, seems to become a bit more dangerous and far (since the stairs were broken)

i believe the coins for it and xp should raise a bit up, (but its up to dms) only ofcoruse, for the duration it became more endangering.

The dwarf is still there, wether it's even doable solo at level 2 or not depends entirely on good luck, but that goes for a lot of quests that require you to go to lower (or upper if you spawn in lower), just flock together a little group when going there and be careful, but I think if it's easily doable it might be upped a little since now not every kobold and his mother can do it anymore. (I certainly can't w/o invis, heh.) But then again it might not be like that for long.
