I actually bothered to go to Lower with the papers from Spellguard for the Ibrandul cavern... but for some reason the priestess didn't have a dialogue option to complete the quest. I definately had the papers in inventory, and the quest was active in my journal.
Has she stopped taking them because of the disconnection from Upper or is it a bug?
