It has always bothered me that UMD worked in multiples of 5, so that 1, 5, 10, and 15 were the only values that mattered. I have modified UMD to give a more graduated scale when equipping items. I apologise to those of you who lose use of an item you were using before, but in the long run, this is a far better system, with smooth progression, and UMD better in line with the power of the magic items within the game.
