Stiff cloaks, and how to fix them

The 1.68 cloak models may appear stiff if you have an old/modified a_ba model(animation) file from a hakpak or in your override folder. Remove this file and your cloaks should flow, bend when you rest, etc. :D There's a small chance that a_da, a_da, or other animation files will need to be removed. For for a_ba first though.

Additionally, this patch alters baseitems.2da, so if you have that in a hak/override, that will cause problems.

Thanks for the advice, worked for me at least. I'm wondering if anyone knows another way around this though. I'd hate having to go back to the HotU animations, seeing as I dislike them greatly. I also crash a lot less with the original pre-HotU animations, so that's another reason.

Certain animations, I think specifically regarding Hide in Plain Sight, cause NwN to crash. I don't know if this was fixed in 1.68 or not. You can hope that your favorite animation pack is updated to be compatible with the patch, of course :?
