I need to know whether some property is currently inhabited. I was wondering both about a small building close to the Boggs/Zhurkwood plant, as well as a cave behind the mausoleum.

The council is looking for a location to establish a workshop for a project, and Councilor Tyrell suggested I contact your office to check through the property records to see if any of these locations are available.

If you know of another location that would be suitable for a small workshop, that would work as well. The place doesn't have to be very big.

After searching through our property records, it appears that the building you indicated is owned. If you are interested, I can look up the owner and the building's purpose in our archives. Until that is done, I cannot say with certainty that it is currently inhabited, although it is likely that it is.

The small cave is not owned, and to the best of my knowledge is not inhabited either, though given the influx of citizens fleeing Lower Sanctuary it is possible that some may have set up camp there recently.
