[A letter to Commander Simms, Spellguard]

Commander Simms

My apologies for bringing such disturbing and somewhat slanderous news before you, but I understand the proper avenues to investigate such issues as these.

I was walking along lower Sanctuary when I came upon one of Spellguard, a clean shaven man wearing a hood, his name I do not know. An elderly man, hardly a threat, became unruly at Spellguard's sight and pitched a clod of mud at the Wizard. The Spellguard responded by summoning two bright orbs of energy on the elderly man, striking him dead. He was then escorted above by a Mercenary.

I bore the deceased to a shrine of Grumbar, but lacked the funds to raise him, he rests in a coffin near the shrine. If need be, I can go back for him to present him to the Spellguard for his ressurection.

I trust this will be looked into and the man returned to the living which he was so wrongfully taken from.

Respectfully,

Ivandur Reynolt

Commander Simms recieves the letter, reads it over, and silently glides away toward the private area of the Spellguard Enclave, flickering slowly, letter in hand.

[A quick missive is sent after the letter]

Commander Simms

My apologies for the delay, the Agent's name is Delgado.

Ivandur Reynolt

Mr. Reynolt,

We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Although our agent was attacked by deadly force (a sling and hardened pellets), we concluded that excessive use of force was involved in the response and he was disciplined as a result.

The investigation is concluded.
