Letter for the Herald

To whom every it may concern.

My apologises for i dont know whom it should go,but my name is Frum Highill of the Famous Highill Emporium.I have spoken of those on your council, and they suggested this letter, Its regarding property,at the moment im currently renting but i hope for that to change,as im interested in a long term lease or buying perhaps,if possable perhaps i can make an appointment to speak to whom ever can possably help me on this matter,or a letter can be sent to the rock as im currently staying there untill the previous dire situation changes.

Yours Faithfully Frum Highill The Famous Highill Emporium

*The herald on reading the letter, returns a quick response*

This would be a matter for the council, however, as things stand it is unlikely you will find anyone available at this juncture.

I will, however, recommend that first and foremost you have a group of willing individuals who will committ to such an ambitous concept before you begin, because the council is loathe to waste space on any single individual, no matter how wealthy. - Herald Jafar
