Citizens who wish to be safely escorted to Upper Sanctuary until calm is restored to Lower can meet daily after lunch at the refuge camp or the auction house. There Knights of Toboerski will escort you to Upper Sanctuary safely.

Further, daily at this time we'll be delivering supplies of medicen and food to these locations. You will know us by the colors of red, green, and gray we wear. The Knights of Toboerski are also manning the gates of the canal ward with all the men we can spare. You will find us there as well.
