To Delgado/Durris at the Rock Bottom

*One letter is left for Delgado, another for Durris*

((Delgado/Durris)), I am making preparations now for my trial. What will occur at the trial is somewhat predictable, the Tigers will send dozens of false witnesses to swear up and down I am guilty. Trials can happen at a set time or a moments notice and I need to prepare.

I am gathering what written testimony that I can. The only real defense I can do is to have witnesses for where I was when the crimes supposedly occurred, but since I do not have the time to do so, that is not an option. The only other thing I can do is gather testimony for character witnesses.

If you are willing, please go to the watch house, identify yourself clearly and give them a letter. In the letter please mention that I have cooperated with the Watch FULLY since this ordeal began and done everything within my power to assist you, and if you believe so, that I am a truthful man.

Thanks you for your help.

Sergeant Durris, never checking for mail at the Rock Bottom, never recieves this missive.

*It occurs to Amolef that Durris proboably never goes to the rock bottom, and has a friend hand it to a guard outside the watch house, he has a friend do the same with delgado's letter and leave it at the spellguard compound*

Sergeant Durris recieves the letter , reads over it briefly, and upon completing the third paragraph of the letter, quirks an eyebrow, scowls, crumples up the parchment, and tosses it in the next waste barrel he sees, muttering darkly to himself about people writing nonsensical crap and wasting his time.
