I'll keep this short and get straight to the point. I require information from your archives, regarding any reported cases of dead magic zones or devices capable of causing similar effects, if even for a very brief period of time. I realize that dead magic is a rare phenomenon, but if anyone would have such knowledge it would be your organisation

Furthermore, any information regarding abjurations that might be used to temporarily prevent the opening of magical portals within a designated area would be appreciated.
