Reports reach me that there is rebellion formenting in Lower Sanctuary. I'd dearly like to hear what response from myself will best benefit you. Even more helpful perhaps for my own desire to establish an aristocratic standing throughout Sanctuary will be to know the individuals with the power and authority to maintain their own fief in Lower.

I also have another bit of disturbing information that you may wish to let the certain people be aware of soon. It appears the House of Light is harboring drow sympathizers. A priestess by the name of Eowung is a follower of a drow goddess. As I understand it, many of those sold to the drow as slaves recently were in contact with this woman.

Clearly, there are dangerous possibilities to the other citizens. I fear that if this drow loving priestess is allowed to continue on clandestinely, who knows how many more people will disappear into bondage. Worse are rumors that Eowung is tied to the Society of the Ordered Mind; and from what I've heard from speaking to some people is that the Zealots attack on the Steady Hand didn't just kill some illithid thralls. The explosion killed a number of citizens renting rooms at the Hand and near it.

Sir Toboerski, I must admit, I am unfamiliar with the name, but if your men have been attacked it is more than likely due to one or two rambucious gangs, or, as a more plausible explanation, the numerous dwarves of Upper which have been launching organized offensives upon Lower.
