It pains me to write to you about this matter, but I must. The dwarves of the neighbouring mine have been wandering the streets of our city, and picking fights with its citizens. One of those was so intimidated that he retaliated using a powerful fire spell, roasting one of the dwarf. Following this, the city then broke down in a massive riot. This issue which could have been easily avoided if the dwarves of the stoutheart didnt walk in sanctuary like they own the place. If their intentions were not to bully our citizens, then why travel in armor and in groups challenging anyone they dont like to a fight in the arena? If they want to prove their good will, only one dwarf merchant of the stoutheart should be allowed in.
Why must so -many- of them travel within our gates?
