*left for him at the town hall*
Councilor. I am writing to you because I have met you and in our
brief meeting I was convinced you work for the betterment of the city. If you do not recall, I was the Tigereye elf at the defense council meeting. I have been accused of a number of nonspecific crimes by the Tigereyes after I escaped their attempt to murder me. I gave myself in willingly to the guard and gave an extensive debriefing to Delgado of the Spellguard and Durris of the watch. Magic was used to verify that everything I told them was true to the best of my knowledge. They are convinced I am innocent. Surly if I can convince both a sergeant of the watch and a high ranking spellguard I am innocent, I am innocent. I would go as far as to say other members of the watch would speak of my good character, as well as other prominent citizens such as the Stoutheart dwarves, who are the pinnacle of responsible citizens and members of the House of Light.
However, since the nonspecific crimes I am accused of were placed by Commander Mordur of the Tigereyes, only a councilor or a ranking Tigereye can remove the warrant.
I spent a very long time telling everything I knew to the watch and the spellguard, even providing the watch with a copy of a number of logbooks of members of the Tigers. I am hoping you will see my innocence and void the warrant, removing the need for a lengthy trial. A trial is unnecessary and a waste of our city’s resources when my innocence is so apparent.
I can be contacted at the Rock Bottom.

A reply is left with Spencer.
Amolef,
I do put my faith in your innocence, although I haven't had the time to find out all the facts about this. I'll look into it some more, but I think it may be the case that the most good might be done by you standing trial about all this.
I don't want to force you into standing trial about this, as I understand it could be very dangerous for you. However, you have an amazing opportunity to change things in Sanctuary for the better, by standing trial. I hope you will find the courage you need.
Please keep safe.
Lathander protect you,
Shane

Councilor. The MOMENT my warrant is up, I am going to try to convince the guard to prosecute for crimes the Tigers have done that I have witnessed. The first trial I would press the guard to see to, is the torture of Pathard of the CDL. The second, would be the Tigers inciting a riot which almost resulted in the death of Taddle of the upper watch.
I like honesty, its simple. To be completely honest, I do not think the most good will come from myself going to trial. I am afraid I may end up with an unsympathetic councilor who sees that I was a Tiger in the past and for that alone, declares me guilty. If it goes to trial the Tigers will bring dozens of false witnesses and even a councilor who wishes to judge fairly, in light of many false witnesses, may still convict me.
I have little to fear in upper, but a trial is not a thing which is easily hidden and while it occurs, I have little doubt assasins would wait outside the watch house. There has already been one attempt on my life which I foiled, and another when I scared off the assailant before the attack.
Councilor, I have been told you have the power to void my warrant, I humbly request you do. I have been doing everything in my power to use what I know to greatest effect but I fear the results of a trial.

Amolef,
I think you may have been told incorrectly that I can void it, however, I'm looking into it. No promises, but I'm doing what I can.

Councilor, I know you are a VERY busy man and I do not mean to add another burden to your schedule, but I wish to ask if you have had any success? I was told a Councilor can void a warrant, perhaps you need to talk to the Mayor about it, I have no idea the procedure if it does exist....

Amolef,
What it comes down to, is that I can't void the warrant. Also, I'm still not sure that I would even if I could, but since I can't, that doesn't matter as much.
I'd suggest you spend your time gathering witnesses, testimonies, and evidence for your trial. If I can help you with that, please let me know. I may be able to find someone to help you acquire that sort of thing.
