Ian Lockwood; Left at Rock Bottom

I found the treatment of you at the hands distasteful. It is the opinion of many that physical coercion of criminals is all that can get through to petty and weak men.

I am aware of much intrigue within the watch, and that not all that happens there is duly reported by many members as well some things occur that many members may not wish to see the light of day.

Know that you have those who are willing to extend their hands in friendship provided the wretched rumors of ill happenings are reigned in that surround you. Though Cail beat you cowardly, you stood as a man and did not even raise a hand to defend yourself. This speaks well of your courage in the face of injustice.

In regards,

Scion Dungal Toboerski
