To whom it may concern,

I'm sure you recall my letters from before, the Sanctuary Defence Council still requires an adequate representative from your organization to sit with us during our meetings. There is a large amount of information exchanged during these meetings and there is are a large number of questions that arise that only Seekers seem qualified to answer. For this reason, it is my hope that you will put forth a capable representative who is ready to cooperate with representatives from all the major factions of the city, and reach constructive agreements.

It's for the greater good of Sanctuary that we meet and work together, and we are having a difficult time functioning without a Seeker presence. With that in mind, please reply soon with an appointed representative.
